Seasonal Travel Tips

Spring (March-May)

Cherry blossoms bloom on Dali University campus, perfect for photography. The temperature is moderate, around 15-25℃, with occasional light rain.

Summer (June-August)

Lotus flowers bloom around Erhai Lake, but it rains frequently, so bring rain gear. The temperature is higher, around 20-30℃, ideal for summer retreat.

Autumn (September-November)

Crisp autumn weather, perfect for hiking in Cangshan Mountain and watching sunsets in Shuanglang Ancient Town. Comfortable temperature around 15-25℃.

Winter (December-February)

Lower temperatures (5-15℃), need to wear thick coats. Cangshan Mountain may have snow, suitable for enjoying snow scenery.
